Wash Yourself With Pure Water

Heb. 10:1-25

When a Christian discovers that he is not pure in certain areas, how will he make himself pure? The Bible does not keep us in the dark. The passage this morning speaks of having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with “pure water” (v. 22). The conscience and body represent inward and outward parts of our lives to indicate that both inward and outward purity is expected from believers. However, the means of purification is “pure water”. This pure water is not the water processed and sold in our environment it is a symbolic representation of the Word of God. Know that the Word of God is pure (Ps. 12:6; 119:140), and it has the power to make you pure. Therefore, study it, meditate on it and apply it to your life.

Point of Emphasis:         Come before God with purity of life.

Prayer Point:                  Sanctify me through your truth, Your word is true.

LAVE-TOI AVEC DE L’EAU PURE

HEB. 10 :1-25

Quand un chrétien découvre qu’il n’est pas pur dans certains domaines, comment se rendra-t-il pur ?  La Bible ne nous garde pas dans le noir. Ce matin, le passage nous parle d’avoir nos cœurs purifiés d’une mauvaise conscience et notre corps lavé « d’une eau pure» (v. 22). La conscience et le corps représentent les parties externes et internes de notre vie pour indiquer que la pureté externe et interne est à la fois attendu des croyants. Cependant, le moyen de purification est l’’eau pure’. Cette eau pure n’est pas l’eau traitée et vendue dans notre environnement, c’est une représentation symbolique de la parole de Dieu. Sache que la parole de Dieu est pure. (Ps. 12 :6 ; 119 :140), et qu’elle a le pouvoir de te rendre pur. Donc, étudie-la, médite-la et applique-la à ta vie.

Point essentiel : Viens devant Dieu avec la pureté de vie.

Axe de prière : Sanctifie-moi par ta vérité, ta parole est la vérité.
