UP FROM THE GRAVE HE AROSE
Sunday 27th March, 2016.
“Now on the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they, and certain other women with them, came to the tomb bringing the spices which they had prepared. 2 But they found the stone rolled away from the tomb. 3 Then they went in and did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4 And it happened, as they were greatly perplexed about this, that behold, two men stood by them in shining garments. 5 Then, as they were afraid and bowed their faces to the earth, they said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen! Remember how He spoke to you when He was still in Galilee” (Lk.24:1-6 NKJV).
On one Sunday of the year, Christians from all walks of life throughout the world celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. They call it Easter Sunday but it should be better called “Resurrection Sunday”. I guess it comes in either in the month of March or April of every year. The event was, and is still the mother of miracles- it is the miracle of miracles, it proved to the world that Jesus is what He claimed He is… the Son of the Living God, the very God in the very God, the Resurrection and life (Jn.11:25). He conquered death, the most dreadful enemy of mankind. Before He was crucified, He repeatedly told His disciples He would die and rise the third day. It appeared they did not believe what He said; even when He rose from the dead, they still doubted at first (Mk.16:11) because it was a strange event.
The women who went to the tomb on the third day went there to anoint a dead Savior (Lk.24:1) but to their amazement they found that the heavy stone that sealed the tomb had been rolled away. When the angel that was watching saw that they were looking for the dead Savior in the grave, He told them emphatically “He is not here, but He is risen! Remember how He spoke with you when He was still in Galilee, saying, “The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again” verses 6,7. The resurrection of Jesus Christ rated Him above any religious leader who came before Him and after Him. It is the proof of His supremacy over and above everyone of them. His resurrection guarantees the resurrection to eternal life for all who believe in Him and living for Him. There is no other means it is only in the Resurrected Jesus. The post-resurrection appearances of Jesus proved beyond every reasonable doubt that He really rose from the dead. If when He rose from the dead He went to heaven immediately and nobody saw Him, that would have created a lot of doubt in many people most especially Bible critics. But He stayed on earth for forty days after His resurrection before He ascended to heaven. Read (Acts 1:3)
To all Christians and believers of other faiths I declare to you that Jesus died and rose again with proven evidence that abounds. Kindly find below the list of His post-resurrection appearances:
(a) He appeared to Mary Magdalene (Mk.16:9)
(b) He appeared to two of His disciples on Emmaus road (Lk. 24:13-33)
(c) He appeared to the eleven disciples (Lk.24:36)
(d) He appeared to ten disciples Thomas being absent (Jn.20:19)
(e) He appeared to Simon Peter (ICor.15:5)
(f) He appeared to His disciples at the Sea of Tiberias (Jn.21:1)
(g) He appeared to James (ICor.15:7)
(h) He appeared to five hundred brethren (1Cor.15:6)
(i) His disciples saw Him at the time of the ascension (Lk.24:50)
He appeared to Saul of Tarsus at his conversion (Acts 9:5, 1Cor.15:8)
Finally He is coming back again, (Acts 1:9-11)
The above is more than enough evidence and proof that the Lord Jesus actually rose from the dead. He fought and won the battle that any human being has ever won.
For those that are yet to believe Jesus as their Savior and Lord, I advise you to come to Jesus today and make no delay because there is no other way to heaven and eternal life. Only Jesus is the way, delay is dangerous. Today is the day of your salvation.
To all Christians, the message of the resurrection of Jesus Christ our Savior is, ‘Go and tell those who have not believed and you will be a profitable servant’. Take it seriously and you will be blessed. Happy Jesus’ resurrection Celebration.

1. Thank God for the resurrection of Christ that guaranteed yours.
2. Pray that you will not miss the first resurrection (Rev.20:6)
3. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you spread the good news of the Resurrected Christ.

IL EST SORTI DU TOMBEAU
« Le premier jour de la semaine, elles se rendirent au sépulcre de grand matin, portant les aromates qu’elles avaient préparés. Elles trouvèrent que la pierre avait été roulée de devant le sépulcre; et, étant entrées, elles ne trouvèrent pas le corps du Seigneur Jésus. Comme elles ne savaient que penser de cela, voici, deux hommes leur apparurent, en habits resplendissants. Saisies de frayeur, elles baissèrent le visage contre terre; mais ils leur dirent: Pourquoi cherchez-vous parmi les morts celui qui est vivant? Il n’est point ici, mais il est ressuscité. Souvenez-vous de quelle manière il vous a parlé, lorsqu’il était encore en Galilée». (Luc 24:1-6).
Un dimanche de l’année, les chrétiens de tous les horizons partout dans le monde célèbrent la résurrection de Jésus-Christ. Ils l’appellent le Dimanche de Pâques mais il serait mieux de l’appeler ‘le Dimanche de la Résurrection’. Je pense que cela arrive soit au mois de Mars ou d’avril de chaque année. L’événement fut et est encore la mère de tous les miracles. C’est le miracle des miracles. Il montre au monde que Jésus est certes ce qu’il prétend être…le Fils du Dieu Vivant, le Vrai Dieu en le Vrai Dieu, la résurrection et la vie. (Jean 11 :25). Il vainquit la mort, l’ennemi le plus terrible de l’humanité. Avant sa crucifixion, il dit à maintes reprises à ses disciples qu’il mourait et ressusciterait le troisième jour. Il semble qu’ils n’eurent cru pas à ce qu’il disait; même après qu’il fut ressuscité des morts, ils doutèrent d’abord (Marc 16 :11) car ce fut un événement étrange.
Les femmes qui se rendirent au sépulcre le troisième jour s’y rendirent pour oindre un Sauveur mort (Luc 24 :1) mais à leur stupéfaction, elles trouvèrent que la pierre lourde qui couvrait la tombe avait été roulée. Lorsque l’ange qui veillait sur la tombe vit qu’elles cherchaient le Sauveur mort dans la tombe, il leur dit emphatiquement : « Il n’est point ici, mais il est ressuscité. Souvenez-vous de quelle manière il vous a parlé, lorsqu’il était encore en Galilée, et qu’il disait: Il faut que le Fils de l’homme soit livré entre les mains des pécheurs, qu’il soit crucifié, et qu’il ressuscite le troisième jour ». (Versets 6 et 7). La résurrection de Jésus le classe au-dessus de tout autre dirigeant religieux qui vint avant et après lui. Elle est la preuve de sa suprématie par-dessus chacun d’eux. Sa résurrection garantit la résurrection à la vie éternelle pour tous ceux qui croient en lui et vivent pour lui. Il n’existe aucun autre moyen si ce n’est qu’en Jésus ressuscité. Les apparences post-résurrection de Jésus prouvèrent au-delà de tout doute raisonnable qu’il fut réellement ressuscité des morts. Si au moment de sa résurrection, il partit immédiatement au ciel sans que personne ne l’ait vu, celle-ci aurait suscité beaucoup de doute chez plusieurs personnes surtout les critiques de la Bible. Mais il est resté ici-bas pendant quarante jours après sa résurrection avant de monter au ciel. (Lire Actes 1:3).
A tous les chrétiens et croyants d’autres confessions, je vous déclare que Jésus mourut et fut ressuscité avec des données probantes. Veuillez trouver ci-dessus la liste de ses apparences post-résurrection:
(a) Il est apparu à Marie de Magdala. (Marc 16 :9).
(b) Il est apparu à deux de ses disciples sur la route d’Emmaϋs. (Luc 24:13-33).
(c) Il est apparu aux onze (disciples). (Luc 24:36).
(d) Il est apparu aux dix (disciples) en l’absence de Thomas. (Jean 2ϋ :19).
(e) Il est apparu à Simon Pierre. (1Cor. 15:5).
(f) Il est apparu aux disciples à la mer de Tibériade. (Jean 21:1).
(g) Il est apparu à Jacques. (1Cor.15:7).
(h) Il est apparu à cinq cents frères. (1Cor. 15:6).
(i) Ses disciples l’ont vu au moment de son ascension au ciel. (Luc 24:50).
(j) Il est apparu à Paul de Tarse au moment de sa conversion. (Actes 9:5; 1Cor.15:8).
(k) Enfin, il revient. (Actes 1:9-11).
Ce qui est susdit est une raison largement suffisante et une preuve que le Seigneur Jésus fut réellement ressuscité des morts. Il combattit et remporta la bataille jamais gagnée par aucun être humain.
Pour ceux qui n’ont pas encore cru en Jésus comme leur Seigneur et Sauveur, je vous conseille de venir aujourd’hui à Jésus sans délai car il n’existe aucun autre chemin qui mène au ciel et à la vie éternelle. Jésus seul est le chemin; c’est dangereux de tergiverser. Aujourd’hui est le jour de ton salut.
Pour tous les chrétiens, le message de la résurrection de Jésus-Christ notre Sauveur est : « va en parler à ceux qui n’ont pas encore cru et c’est ainsi que tu seras un serviteur profitable». Prends cela au sérieux et tu seras béni. Bon Anniversaire de la Résurrection de Jésus-Christ.

Le conflit a pris fin et la bataille finie
La victoire de la vie est remportée
Le chant de triomphe a commencé. Alléluia!
Axes de Prière:
1. Remercie Dieu pour la résurrection du Christ qui garantit la tienne.
2. Prie pour ne pas rater la première résurrection. (Apocalypse 20:6).
3. Demande au Saint-Esprit de t’aider à propager la bonne nouvelle de la résurrection du Christ.
