Joy Comes With Forgiveness

Ps. 51:1-12

Joy is delight of the mind arising from the consideration of a present or assured possession of a future good. There is the natural joy; there is the moral joy which arises from the performances of any good action. It is also called peace or serenity of conscience, if the action is honourable. There is also the spiritual joy, which comes from God Himself, focuses on the promises in God, the gospel, the prosperity of Christ’s kingdom. When a person is genuinely saved, he will experience a kind of joy different from natural or moral joy. It will be as if he has won a jackpot but what he has in God is more than that. He will have joy of the Lord for knowing the truth and this will make him to serve God with gladness of heart. Was this your experience at salvation?

Point of Emphasis: Restore unto me the joy of Your salvation oh Lord.

Prayer Point:            Lord, let joy like a river continue to flow in my heart and life.

LA JOIE VIENT AVEC LE PARDON

PS. 51:1-12
