A Need For Manifestation Of God’s Power

Acts 8:4-13

In the absence of the Church of God in Samaria, Simon the sorcerer dazzled the people with his sorcery and everyone revered him. When Philip brought the true word of God, the people saw the light and abandoned the fake power in sorcery. In the same way today, when the true word of God is absent in a community or when the Church lacks the manifestation of the power of God, people will scatter into all manners of places looking for solution to their problems. Of course, there is no true solutions to the problems outside of Jehovah God. The people only get fleeced by false prophets and fake doctors. Our Churches need the manifestation of God’s power to meet the spiritual, material and physical needs of the members.

Point of Emphasis:     Our Churches need revival so that God’s power is present to meet the people’s needs.

Prayer Point:              Father, send Your power to heal us of our spiritual feebleness.

LE BESOIN DE LA MANIFESTATION DE LA PUISSANCE DE DIEU  

ACTES 8:4-13                       

A l’absence de l’église de Dieu à Samarie, Simon le magicien trompait les gens avec sa magie et il était révéré de tout le monde. Quand Philippe y apporta la vraie parole de Dieu, les gens virent la lumière et abandonnèrent la fausse puissance en la magie. De la même façon de nos jours, quand la vraie parole de Dieu est absente dans une communauté ou quand l’église manque de la manifestation de la puissance de Dieu, les gens se dispersent ainsi dans toutes sortes de lieux à la quête de solutions à leurs problèmes. Certes, il n’y a pas de vraies solutions aux  problèmes en dehors de Dieu. Les gens ne font que se laisser bercer par des prophètes et des faux docteurs. Nos églises ont besoin de la manifestation de la puissance de Dieu pour faire face aux besoins spirituels, matériels et physiques des membres.

Point essentiel : Nos églises ont besoin de réveil afin que la puissance de Dieu soit présente pour combler les besoins des gens.

Axe de prière : Père, envoie ta puissance pour nous guérir de nos faiblesses spirituelles.
