Prayer To Deliver And Preserve The Church

Acts 12:1-11

The goal of revival is to prepare men for heaven. Satan will not fold his hands and allow the Church to cart men to heaven unchallenged. He will oppose, threaten and attempt to destroy. He instigated Herod to kill James and to arrest Peter with the same intention. There is no record that the Church put concerted effort to pray for the deliverance of James. But the Church stepped in for Peter and he was rescued. As the Church prays for revival to come into the Church, she needs to also pray fervently that both ministers and members be preserved. If Satan is given the opportunity, he will strike to truncate the move of God in the congregation. The spiritual umbrella covering the Church must be strengthened in a revival.

Point of Emphasis:    The Church offered constant prayer to God for deliverance.

Prayer Point:             Father, deliver all our members and ministers from the attack by the devil.

PRIERE POUR DELIVRER ET PRESERVER L’EGLISE 

ACTES 12:1-11

Le but du réveil est de préparer les gens aux cieux. Satan ne croisera pas ses bras pour permettre à l’Eglise d’acheminer les gens au ciel sans ambages. Il s’opposera, menacera et tentera de détruire. Il instigua Hérode à tuer Jacques et à arrêter Pierre pour la même intention. Il n y a aucun rapport dans la Bible affirmant que l’Eglise fit de concert des efforts pour prier pour la délivrance de Jacques. Mais l’Eglise intervint pour Pierre et il fut délivré. Comme l’Eglise prie pour que le réveil s’y installe, elle a aussi besoin de prier de façon fervente pour la préservation et des ministres et des membres. Si l’occasion est offerte à Satan, il frappera afin d’interrompre la manifestation de Dieu au sein de la congrégation. Le parapluie spirituel couvrant l’Eglise doit être fortifié par le réveil.

Point essentiel : L’église ne cessait d’adresser des prières à Dieu pour la délivrance.

Axe de prière : Père, délivre tous nos membres et ministres des attaques du diable.
