Saved Through Preaching

1 Cor. 1:18-21

There is no single person saved on earth who has not heard the preaching of the gospel. There are some who might have encountered with the Lord Jesus in their dreams and visions that brought about their salvation, but the fact still remains that someone, somewhere, somehow, and sometime has sown the seed of the gospel in them that Jesus worked upon. The Bible says it pleased God to save those who believe through the foolishness of the message preached. No one understands how God does it. What is expected of you and me is to just speak out the word and proclaim the gospel. You don’t have to be skilful in speaking polished English before you can preach. You don’t have to know the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, just say the little you know and leave the rest for God.

Point of Emphasis:          Preach the gospel, for it is God’s power unto salvation.

Prayer Point:                                     Lord, bestow on me the grace to peach the gospel at all times.
