Your Body Is For The Lord

1 Cor. 6:12-18

Many think that they own their bodies but their spirit belongs to God. Some Christians even believed that God is only interested in their hearts and not their outward appearance. This has made some people to believe that they can use their bodies as they like. But such people should know that their bodies are not for fornication or sexual immorality but for the Lord. Once you have given your life to Christ, you no longer have authority over your life but Christ. You need to yield your life – spirit, soul and body – to the control and dictates of Christ. Under no circumstances must you join that body to any illegal sexual partner, doing so is endangering your life.

Point of Emphasis:         The body is not for sexual immorality, but for the Lord.

Prayer Point:                  Lord, take my life and let it be consecrated unto You.

TON CORPS EST POUR L’ETERNEL

1CO. 6 :12-18
