Rivers In Desolate Heights

Isa. 41:17-20

In every Church of God, there should be thirst and hunger to see God’s move and to see the manifestation of His power. Any Church that is completely devoid of this thirst is already dead. The greater the lack of this hunger, the closer the Church is to dying. But for a congregation which is thirsty for God’s move, He promises not to forsake them. There is the comforting promise that He will open rivers in desolate heights where refreshing water is not expected. Just like Jesus promised in John 7: 38, that out of the belly of those who believe in Him shall flow rivers of living water. The opening of rivers here implies the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon those who thirst for Him. Are you satisfied with the tepid Christian experience you have or would you rather drink deeper of the Spirit of God?
Point of Emphasis: I will open fountains in the midst of the valleys and make the wilderness a pool of water.
Prayer Point: Father, turn our wilderness into pools of water and our dry land into springs of water.

DES FLEUVES SUR LES COLLINES

ES.41:17-20

Dans chaque église de Dieu, il doit avoir la soif et la faim de la manifestation de Dieu et de sa puissance. Toute église complètement privée de cette soif est déjà morte. Plus ce manque de soif devient grand, plus l’église devient moribonde. Mais pour une congrégation qui est assoiffée de la manifestation de Dieu, il a promis de ne pas l’abandonner. Il y a cette promesse confortante, qu’il ouvrira des fleuves dans les lieux dévastés où il n’y aucun espoir d’eau rafraîchissante comme Jésus l’a promis dans Jean 7:38 que : « Celui qui croit en moi, des fleuves d’eau vive couleront de son sein, comme dit l’Écriture». L’ouverture des fleuves ici suggère le déversement du Saint-Esprit sur ceux qui en ont soif. Es-tu satisfait de la tiède expérience de chrétien que tu connais ou aimerais-tu plutôt boire suffisamment de l’esprit de Dieu?

Point essentiel : Je ferai jaillir des sources au milieu des collines et je changerai le désert en étang.
Axe de prière : Père, change notre désert en étang et notre terre aride en courants d’eau.
