Leaders Without Leadership Qualities

Isa. 3:1-5

Many leaders occupy positions of authority without having leadership qualities. Many more desire positions of authority without thinking of what qualities they need to occupy such posts. Such leaders are just occupying positions for what they stand to gain. They have their priorities wrong and pursue selfish agenda. The book of Ecclesiastes 10: 16-17 says “Woe to you, O land, when your king is a child, and your princes feast in the morning! Blessed are you, O land, when your king is the son of nobles, and your princes feast at the proper time – for strength and not for drunkenness!” Unlike most of our leaders today, Moses went through several life experiences that prepared him for the position of leadership. And he never forgot the lessons God taught him.

Point of Emphasis:      It is a sign of childishness when a leader thinks of himself alone.

Prayer Point:   Father, give our leaders the sense of right and wrong, and the fear of You.

LES LEADERS DENUES DE QUALITES DE LEADERSHIP

ESAIE 3 :1-5
