Build Your Faith

Jude 20-23

For faith to grow, it requires building up yourselves. A proposed building which after the foundation does not have blocks being built on it, can never become a habitable and admirable building, so also is every Christian who did not build himself up on his most holy faith. This building up of faith will require rigorous study of the Bible, memorising Bible verses and recitation of Bible verse until it takes root in the heart of the believer. It also requires prayer, even praying in the Holy Ghost. It also involves keeping oneself in the love of God. In a nutshell, it requires your effort.

Point of Emphasis:        Increased faith does not come automatically, it requires your effort.

Prayer Point:            Lord, help me to give everything it takes to build up my faith in You.

EDIFIE TA FOI

JUDE 20-23

Pour que la foi grandisse, il requiert que tu te développes toi-même. Une construction proposée qui après la fondation n’a pas de briques érigées sur elle ne peut jamais devenir un bâtiment habitable et admirable. Il en est de même pour chaque chrétien qui ne s’est pas lui-même construit sur une foi plus sainte. Cette érection de foi requerra une étude rigoureuse de la Bible, une mémorisation des versets bibliques et la récitation des versets de la Bible jusqu’à ce qu’ils s’enracinent dans le cœur du croyant. Il exige aussi la prière voire prier dans le Saint-Esprit. Il implique aussi de se maintenir dans l’amour de Dieu. En un mot, il requiert tes efforts.

Point essentiel : La foi accrue n’arrive pas automatiquement; elle requiert tes efforts.

Axe de prière : Seigneur, aide-moi à mettre tout en branle pour bâtir ma foi en toi.
