DAILY BIBLE READING

Be Another Good Samaritan

Lk. 10:25-37

In the parable of Jesus, He showed to us three groups of people who passed by the way of the man who was victim of armed robbery. The priest had no sympathy and pity on the victim likewise the Levite, they passed by and did not do anything to help the victim. But the Samaritan had compassion on the victim of the incident and that led to taking care of him. Know that the robbers who struck their victim and left him half dead can be considered as a type of the devil who wounds people everywhere with problems unsolved, and the victim as the kind of helpless sinners all over the world, looking for a good Samaritan for help. Will you be another “good Samaritan” to those people today?

Point of Emphasis:          Help a sinner in need of salvation.

Prayer Point:                                     Lord, help me to do everything within my ability to bring sinners back to You.
