DAILY BIBLE READING

See God’s Salvation

Lk. 3:1-6

The will of God is for all flesh to see the salvation of God. This was the reason why John was mandated to be crying in the wilderness calling people to baptism of repentance. As many people who have lifted up their eyes and have seen the salvation of God must not keep quiet. Just like John the Baptist, they must be another voice for God in all places they have opportunity to live or reach, calling the attention of sinners to the salvation which God has provided for them free of charge in Christ Jesus. Tell sinners that this salvation is all emcompassing, covering all aspect of their lives, be it physical, spiritual or emotional.

Point of Emphasis:          Call sinners’ attention to God’s salvation.

Prayer Point:                                     Lord, I have seen Your salvation, let sinners also see Your salvation.
