Hold The Confession Of Your Hope

Heb. 10:19-23

Consistent faith is evidenced in drawing near to Jesus Christ sincerely and believing in His goodness. The word “Boldness” (Greek – parrhesia) appears four times in the book of Hebrew. Sometimes it means “bedrock belief” or “bold assurance”. It means here, authorised freedom (though with humility) to enter the holiest place of God’s presence because of the blood of Jesus’, this kind of opportunity was not available under the Old Testament. The new and living way to God is made possible by Jesus’ sacrificial death for those who have faith in Him. Where there is no drawing near to God and fellowship with Christ, there is no saving faith. In the midst of fiery trial, make sure that you hold the confession of your faith and hope in Christ. The battle is almost over.

Point of Emphasis:         Hold the profession of your faith without wavering.

Prayer Point:                  Draw me near O Lord, so that I can dine at Your table all the time.

RETIENS LA CONFESSION DE TON ESPERANCE

HEBREUX 10 :19-23
