“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching
(Heb. 10:24-25) NKJV.

Not Forsaking The Assembling Of Ourselves
Heb. 10:19-27
There are all manners of sermons being preached on the radio and on the television; there are also many phone lines to call for prayer or for counsel. There is, therefore, the temptation to sit at home and be spiritually fed through these e-churches. No matter how spiritually wholesome these sermons may be, they cannot take the place of being physically present in a Bible believing Church, among brethren that are heaven bound. In such a congregation, one is able to receive exhortation and encouragement, especially when things get tough and the road appears too rough, when one gets so weary that it appears impossible to take one step further. It appears life’s journey is getting tougher by the day, especially for the Christian that is committed to do God’s will. This is the reason to be more committed to attending fellowship meetings as the Day of the Lord is approaching.
Point of Emphasis: No matter how fervent a Christian is, he cools off if he stays alone for long.
Prayer Point: Father, help bring back all our brethren that have forsaken the Church assembly for one reason or the other.
