The Spirit Of God

Matt. 3:10-17

The Holy Spirit is also the Spirit of God. Man is a tripartite being consisting of the body, soul and spirit. All rolled into one personality. The spirit in a man is the essence of that person because once the spirit is gone, the man will cease to exist. When the Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of God, that means, He is God himself. At Jesus’ baptism, the Spirit of God came down in form of a dove to announce heaven’s approval of the person and mission of Jesus Christ. The three persons of the Godhead were present at this event. As Jesus was coming out of water, the Spirit of God came down on Him and God the Father spoke from heaven. What is the Spirit of God saying about you and your ministry? Do you have the witness of the Spirit of God that you are on the right course?

Point of Emphasis:      The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God and He is God Himself.

Prayer Point:               Holy Spirit, reveal heaven’s picture and the assessment of my life to me.

L’ESPRIT DE DIEU

MATTHIEU 3 :10-17

Le Saint-Esprit est aussi l’Esprit de Dieu. L’homme est constitué  de l’esprit, du corps et de l’âme, le tout enrôlé en une seule personnalité. L’esprit dans un homme est l’essence de cette personne car quand l’esprit s’en va, l’homme cesse d’exister. Quand on appelle l’Esprit-Saint l’Esprit de Dieu, cela veut dire qu’il est lui-même Dieu. Au baptême de Jésus, l’Esprit de Dieu descendit sous la forme d’une colombe  pour annoncer l’approbation céleste de la personne et de la mission de Jésus-Christ. Les trois personnes de la divinité étaient présentes à l’événement. Au moment où Jésus sortait de l’eau, l’Esprit de Dieu descendit  sur lui et Dieu le Père parla des cieux. Que dit de toi l’Esprit de Dieu et de ton ministère ? As-tu le témoignage de l’Esprit de Dieu en ce que tu es sur la voie droite ?

Point essentiel : Le Saint-Esprit est l’Esprit de Dieu et il est lui-même Dieu.

Axe de prière : Saint-Esprit, révèle-moi l’image des cieux et l’évaluation de ma vie.
