Don’t Lose Your Identity

Exo. 2:21-22

When Moses had settled down in Midian and had married Zipporah, he must have been comforted and gone along well with his happy family. There is therefore tendency for him to forget his identity but he didn’t do so. In the present world, some Christians mingled with the world to the extent of forgetting their true identity with Christ. They practice things that are unbiblical. Is your family like that? Please don’t forget that you and your family members are sojourners in this world. You must therefore live your life as pilgrim in your sojourning here on Earth. As Moses put a memorial not to forget his identity in our text today, you must not forget that you belong to God because you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps. 139:14). You have been redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ (1 Pet. 1:18-19).

Point of Emphasis:      Your identity as Christian is very precious. Don’t lose it.

Prayer Point:               As family and heir with Jesus, nothing, O Lord shall separate us from You.

NE PERDS PAS TON IDENTITE

EXODE 2:21-22
