In order to bring about revival or to sustain revival in a Church, God equips some people so that He can use them to accomplish His purpose. He equips people by endowing them with gifts of the Holy Spirit. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit prepares some people to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists and some to be pastors and teachers. The empowerment is meant to prepare people so that the foundation for revival is well laid, so that the process of revival is not truncated and so that the fruit of revival is not wasted. Revival should engender spiritual growth until members should no longer be children but grow to the measure of the fullness of Christ.
Point of Emphasis: The Holy Spirit prepares ministers to ensure that revival fulfils its purpose.
Prayer Point: Holy Spirit, prepare us for the work of the ministry so that revival will no longer be delayed.

Dans le but d’occasionner ou de maintenir le réveil dans une Eglise, Dieu équipe certaines personnes afin qu’il s’en serve pour accomplir son but. Il équipe les gens en les dotant de dons du Saint-Esprit. Le déversement du Saint-Esprit prépare certaines personnes à être apôtres, prophètes, évangélistes, et d’autres à être pasteurs et docteurs. La fortification est faite pour préparer les gens afin que la fondation du réveil soit bien posée et que le processus du réveil ne soit pas tronqué et que le fruit du réveil ne soit pas gaspillé. Le réveil doit engendrer la croissance spirituelle jusqu’à ce que les membres ne soient plus des enfants mais qu’ils croissent à la mesure de la stature parfaite de Christ.
Point essentiel : Le Saint-Esprit prépare les ministres à s’assurer que le réveil accomplisse son but.
