All Manners Of Prayer
Eph. 6:13-18
Prayer is an important part of the weapons of warfare of the Christian. Often we spend a lot of time on praying for our needs alone. This is the prayer of supplication and petition. God gave us the right to pray for our needs. Our prayer should however consist of all manners of prayers. There is the prayer of agreement when two or more people are in agreement about a particular request, guided by God’s will (Matt. 18:19). We also should engage in intercession, where we pray on behalf of others, just like Jesus prayed for Peter (Lk. 22:31-32). Pray for ministers and members of your Church, pray for members of your family, pray for the nation, pray for missionaries etc. The Christian is also empowered to engage in warfare against the forces of darkness – prayer of binding and losing (Lk. 10:19). Pray also for consecration and dedication.
Point of Emphasis: Pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit.
Prayer Point: Holy Spirit, give me a clear understanding of the winning strategies in prayer.

EPHESIENS 6 :13-18
La prière est un élément essentiel faisant partie des armes de combat du chrétien. Souvent, nous passons beaucoup de temps à prier seulement pour nos besoins. C’est là la prière de supplication et de pétition. Dieu nous a donné le droit de prier pour nos besoins. Il y a une prière d’accord quand deux ou trois personnes s’accordent à prier pour un besoin particulier, guidées par la volonté de Dieu. (Matthieu 18 :19). Nous nous engageons dans l’intercession, où nous prions en faveur des autres tout comme Jésus avait prié pour Pierre. (Luc 22:31-32). Prie pour les ministres et les membres de ton église, prie pour les membres de ta famille, prie pour la nation, prie pour les missionnaires, etc. Le chrétien est aussi fortifié pour s’engager dans le combat contre les forces des ténèbres – prière pour lier et pour délier. (Luc 10:19). Prie aussi pour la consécration et le dévouement.
Point essentiel : Prie toujours avec toute prière et supplication faites dans l’Esprit.
