God Honoured Moses

Deut. 34:1-8

There are few men of God who have walked closely with God to the extent that they have been telling their congregation the day of the week they will depart from this sinful world and how it will be. This is a rare privilege. Moses’ death did not come to him as a surprise, he already knew. He lived a long and fulfilling life and God gave him a befitting burial. This is a great honour that God can do to any of His children who faithfully and closely walk with Him and serve Him. God said, ‘He honours those who honour Him and despises those who despise Him’ (1 Sam. 2:30). You too can join the group of those who honour God so that your name will be put in God’s honours roll.

Point of Emphasis:      Honour begets honour. if you honour God, He will honour you.  

Prayer Point:               Lord, help me to end my life well in You.
