HISTORY

Audio Visual Unit (AVU) was established in the year 1979. The vision of the Department was born by the General Overseer of this great Mission, Pastor (Dr) E.O. Abina and Evang. E.A. Banjo who are also the founding Ministers.
We started Audio recording operation at the Youth Rally Programme in Lagos in the same year of its establishment. The Department has been effective in the Mission Annual Convention as from 1980 to date, while Video Tape recording was added during convention 1982 in Ibadan. Since then, God has been helping us till today and He will continue to help us till His coming.
Thereafter, we have travelled to different parts of the country and some Foreign countires for revivals, crusades, seminars, film shows, music concerts for both audio and video recording. These do not limit to GOFAMINT alone, but for all Christian Churches.
Most importantly, the deprtmemnt is usually part of the team of the General Overseer’s iterant in all his preaching and teaching engagement.

ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR

At the initial stage of the Department, we produce tapes on Audio and Video but now we have added some equipment to aid the production of V.C.D, D.V.D, and Audio C.D.
These equipment can also edit drama films, music productions etc.
Lately, through the efforts of our father in the Lord, Pastor (Dr) E.O. Abina, new modern equipments have been added to the Departments growing list of equipment.

OUR FOCUS

The Department focusses on the following:

To help people who are unable to attend our programmes and seminars to benefit from the programme and other events.

To store the present information for the present and the future use.

To circulate the true word of God being preached in this Church all over the world.

To keep our founding leaders and thier messages in remembrance forever.

To create awareness of the Gospel of Christ.
