DAY SIX (MORNING SESSION)
SUMMARY
Guess what?
This morning started with Prayer sessions for Nations and it was in several categories o. Pastor Peter Ewenla began the session by praying that God should put to bondage all agents of unrest, followed by Pastor Dr. J.J. Udofa’s prayer against economic saboteurs after which Pastor Sunday Adu prayed for all-round peace in Nigeria and that session was rounded off by Pastor O.O. Onayemi’s prayer to overturn every agenda of Islamization in Nigeria.
Eiiii, I’m sorry – The Moderator of the morning was Pastor Dr. Gabriel Aina (Principal Admin Officer) and Pastor Lawrence Olaniyi (U.K) said the opening prayers.
Let me continue the gist.
Another round of prayers came with eruptic force and authority for GOFAMINT and the church universal. Pastor Michael Adeogun prayed for stability and unity in the church, Evang. Albert Shobowale prayed that God will help the Church focus on salvation and preparing souls for heaven. Pastor Jairus Oglegwu prayed against the gates of hell, Pastor Donne prayed that GOFAMINT will continue to fulfil divine agenda followed by prayers from Pastor Peter Oludimila that focused on Divine intervention for matured youths experiencing delay. Pastor Paul Odunsi prayed for divine healing, Pastor Dr. Femi Odeyemi prayed that God will keep GOFAMINT united and that session was brought to a close by the prayers of Pastor Femi Omowumi who prayed that the Lord shall visit His Church GOFAMINT with prosperity.
A melodious hymn from the notes of Zion was rendered from the Gospel Hymn Book (GHB 25) after which the Service offering was taken by Pastor Dada Gabriel (DP, Igbokoda).
The best choir in the world! Of course, the GOFAMINT MASS CHOIR gave an amazing rendition that brought in the Rev’d Prof. Asaju for a session that centered on Developing the Faith that Conquers Challenges (Romans 4:17-21).
Kai!!! You’ve got to listen to that session on YouTube because this summary can’t give justice to that but let me give you a tip.
Few of the things he said was – miracles happen in an atmosphere of worship, if you live your life in alliance to the word of God, the blessings of Deuteronomy 28 will be yours. He added that “obedience to the word of God will bring the blessings of heaven and when you disobey, it will bring curses.”
Sincerely, you’ve got to listen to that session.
The General Overseer took a few questions and then began the Fifth Teaching which also doubles as the last chapter in the lecture book.
Baba taught practically with his life examples and experiences what it means to be a blessing and demonstrating it. See, results cancel just mere words and our General Overseer is a living proof.
He further prayed for different stages of people whose life needs a turnaround. He heartily prayed for them and indeed, it was heartfelt. He prayed deeply for the matured singles in the church and asked them to look around (maybe the bone of their flesh.. Sorry, bone of the bones can be somewhere around).
Not to forget, the Education Trust Fund session began with Pastor Barr. Sam Adegbite (U.K) as the moderator. Several excellent students from different institutions who achieved a First Class in their different courses of studies were awarded.
Ah! God forbid, I won’t forget that the National Corpers Fellowship also awarded our father in the Lord and gave an amazing parade. The winner of the G.O’s cup was also announced as Region 22 emerged winner.
Pastor Philip Akinola (IP, Region 18) gave the announcements and the benediction was said by Pastor Emmanuel Afolabi and the congregation dispersed with a heart filled with praise and gladness.

DAY SIX (EVENING SESSION)
SUMMARY
So, permit me to continue the amazing story or let me call it ‘experience’ I began in the morning.
The evening started pretty early with a ‘too sweet to be ignored’ concert by the best choir in the world – GOFAMINT MASS CHOIR. They rendered a total of Ten songs and all were just shades of melodious. Not to talk of their glorious dresses. I even saw a post two days ago which was the day four on Facebook that tagged their dressing as ‘Ojude GOFAMINT’. If you can scroll through the pictures uploaded for that day, you won’t believe less.
I’m sorry, I digressed a bit. Let me quickly gist you about The Blessings of the Day Six.
Pastor Olagoke Emmanuel was the moderator of the night and his first assignment was to introduce the servant of God for the opening prayer – Pastor Akinsanya Timothy (RP, Region 9) prayed and the praise team led the congregation in a session of High Praise and worship and trust me, it was giving….. Highness in the Holy Ghost. Like David, we danced.
Pastor Donne (National Overseer, Republic of Benin) read the Bible in French – to be honest, the language hits and I love it. I’m sure you do too. The Reports on Gospel City road tarring project was read by Pastor Engr. Isaac Olasupo (DP, Ife District), after which Pastor S.O. Adebayo (DDF) read the financial report on FFLO.
The General Secretary (you already know him nah…) prayed heartily for those who supported the Gospel city project first fruit like offering in the year 2025. Evang. Femi Praise (DE, Goshen District) prayed for supporters of the convention 2025 and those who will support the 2026 convention. You will indeed have to agree with me that those prayers were needed if you were here.
This one is making me feel somehow mushy..mushy.
GOFAMINT is going to be celebrating 70 Years Anniversary and Pastor Oludimila mentioned that there will be a uniformed material to be announced later. He mentioned a few other highlights of the celebration which includes completion of the administrative building project of the church. Pastor Afolabi Ezekiel (DP, Egbe District) led the congregants to give their service offering.
A message centered on ‘The Power of Unity and Love’ was preached by Prophet Abiola Adebisi. He ministered in so much power by the Spirit of God and with extreme reverence for the God of GOFAMINT and acknowledged our Father (Pastor Dr. E.O. Abina) as His spiritual Father. The General Overseer laid hands on him and indeed power came out to play. He used the text John 17:20-23 to create a base for his message after which he dealt powerfully with ‘Unity and Love’. Few of his points are bulleted below:
There are numbers of prophecies that will not come to pass until they’re triggered.
Running away from love means running away from God.
You can only conquer the world when you have love.
Power came out to play indeed and I think that justified the overshotting of time. The announcements were said by Pastor Ajala (RP, Region 5).
The General Overseer gave the closing prayer and also shared the grace and the congregants dispersed.
What started is an eruption of a dangerous move of the Blessings of Abraham. Every participant (both online and offline) have been equipped by God through His servants and we are assured that it is just the beginning of THE NEW!
Blessings Overload! It has started!
