Leadership Gifts Through The Holy Spirit

Eph. 4:7-16

Apart from the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit that are enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12, which are for generality of the believers, the Holy Spirit also imparts leadership gifts to ministers of God. In the passage, the Holy Spirit gave the gift of apostles, evangelists, prophets, pastors and teachers to various ministers. This means, all ministers of God must be able to locate their ministerial gifts within these listed categories. They must also use their gift to build up the body of Christ and to mature the believers until everyone reaches the measure of the stature of Christ.

Point of Emphasis:     Ministerial gifts are to mature believers in Christ.

Prayer Point:              Help me Lord to use my gift for the edification of the Church.

LES DONS DU LEADERSHIP A TRAVERS LE SAINT-ESPRIT

EPH. 4 :7-16

En dehors des neuf dons du Saint-Esprit qui sont énumérés dans 1 Corinthiens 12, lesquels sont pour la généralité des croyants, le Saint-Esprit donne aussi les dons du leadership aux serviteurs de Dieu. Dans ce passage, le Saint-Esprit donna le don d’apôtres, d’évangélistes, de prophètes, de pasteurs et de docteurs aux divers serviteurs. Cela signifie que tous les serviteurs de Dieu doivent être capables de découvrir (repérer) leurs dons ministériels parmi ces catégories inscrites. Ils doivent aussi utiliser leur don pour développer le corps de Christ et de faire mûrir les croyants jusqu’à ce que chacun atteigne la mesure de la stature de Christ.

Point essentiel : Les dons ministériels  sont pour les croyants mûrs en Christ.

Axe de prière : Aide-moi Seigneur à utiliser mon don pour l’édification de l’église.
